02 / MEET RAMONA
Ramona Ortega, J.D., brings a founder’s experience and an attorney’s judgment to the conversation about AI.
As founder and CEO of WealthBuild, she works at the intersection of artificial intelligence and financial access. She previously founded My Money My Future, a financial literacy and inclusion platform, and was part of the founding team at digital bank Azlo.
Her background spans securities litigation, work at the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission, and entrepreneurship. That range informs a simple question: how do we build systems that work better for people?

Clear context and standardsConnect the right tools, information, permissions, and people. Decide where human judgment belongs.
A connected workflowTest with real examples. Review quality, safety, reliability, and usefulness, then improve what needs attention.
Test cases and a feedback loopReuse what works, document what you learn, and build on it while keeping ownership and oversight clear.
